Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping across Australia for all our products, including mats, equipment, and accessories.

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. For custom orders, processing may take longer, depending on the design and production requirements.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Standard Local Shipping: 1–5 business days.
    • Standard International  Shipping: 5–10 business days.
    • Express Local Shipping: 2–4 business days.
    • Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days.
      Delivery times may vary based on your location and the size of the order.
  • Shipping Rates:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For bulk orders or heavy items like mats, additional freight charges may apply.

  • Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

International Shipping

We can ship outside of Australia. For international orders, please contact us for assistance.

Custom Orders

For custom mats, wall pads, Boxing Rings, Cage, Bag Racks or other bespoke products, shipping timelines will be confirmed upon order approval. These items may require additional handling time due to manufacturing and design processes.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is damaged or lost during transit:

  • Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If there is visible damage, notify the courier and contact us immediately.
  • For lost shipments, contact us with your order details, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing fault, NOT misuse or transport damages.

Large or Bulk Orders

For large orders, such as outfitting a gym or dojo, we offer specialised shipping solutions, including palletised freight delivery. Please contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.

Additional Information

  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver large items to P.O. boxes due to the size of most products.
  • Authority to Leave: If you are unavailable during delivery, you can provide "Authority to Leave" instructions at checkout. However, Fuji Mats Australia is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the delivery is completed.
  • Remote Areas: Additional shipping time and fees may apply for deliveries to remote or rural locations.
