A bag rack keeps heavy bags secure while freeing up the floor you train on. Our boxing bag racks mount to the wall, ceiling or floor, from a single bag rack for a home gym to trolley systems that slide bags out of the way so the mats are clear for grappling.
Choose by mounting
- Wall: the Fuji Single Heavy Bag Rack 3.0 ($219.95) has adjustable height. The Fuji Hook and Uppercut Wall Unit ($399.95) adjusts height for kids and adults.
- Ceiling: the Fuji Heavy Duty 360 Swivel Mount (from $49.95) is 304-grade stainless steel with a 350kg maximum load. The Fuji Heavy Bag I-Beam Clamp ($99.95) fits exposed beams with 8cm to 17cm flanges, no drilling needed.
- Floor: for brick, Besser block or plaster walls you can't mount to, the FUJI Hangman Single Bag Rack 3.0 ($799.95) bolts to a concrete floor. It stands 2.7m tall with a 90cm arm. The FUJI Hangman Double Bag Rack ($999.95) hangs two bags.
- No mounting: the Fuji Free Standing Heavy Bag ($799.95) fills with water or sand.
Trolley bag racks
Trolley racks let you slide and lock each bag anywhere along the run. Order one Fuji Heavy Bag Trolley ($279.95) per bag.

Frequently asked questions
Which bag rack suits a brick or plaster wall?
A floor-mount rack. The Hangman racks bolt to a concrete floor, so they suit rooms where you can't mount to brick, Besser block or plaster walls. For other subfloors, call us to discuss.
Will a Hangman rack fit a 6ft banana bag?
Yes. The Hangman 3.0 stands 2.7m tall with a 90cm arm, which the product page says gives swinging clearance for 6ft (180cm) banana bags.
Are anchors included?
Not for the Hangman racks: add the Fuji Concrete Anchor Screw Kit. The ceiling mount trolley rack includes assembly hardware and end stops, but not mounting hardware. The 360 Swivel Mount includes concrete bolts.
Can I get a boxing bag stand without drilling?
Yes. The Fuji Free Standing Heavy Bag is 165cm tall and fills with water or sand up to 120kg. If you have exposed steel beams, the I-Beam Clamp clamps on without drilling.
How many bags can a trolley rack hold?
One trolley holds one bag, and the floor-mount trolley rack takes up to three trolleys per section. Add sections as you grow.
