Returns Policy

Warranty Claims
If you identify any manufacturer's possible defects or concerns, please alert us at Fuji Mats Australia immediately upon receipt or as soon as you see the issue.   

For Online Purchases, we ask that you log into your Fuji Mats Account. Once you have logged into your account follow the below steps. 

  • Click On "Resolution Centre"
  • Open a "New Dispute"
  • Choose "Item Dispute"
  • Choose a "Dispute Type", and click on the type chosen

Complete the fields with all the information requested and follow the prompts. Once you have submitted the dispute we will be alerted of this and will contact you within 24 hours to discuss and request further information including photos of the problem item and area.

For non-online Purchases,  simply email us  'Proof of Purchase' must be accompanied by photos and describing the fault or issue.

Please note that depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Once the goods are deemed faulty by the manufacturer, the item/s will be either repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent item originally purchased according to the limited warranty terms.

For items that cannot be replaced, a credit for another item or a full refund will be offered.

Returning a Boxed Product

Returning a Palletised Item
1. Affix the Returns Label to the outside of your parcel.  (IMPORTANT!!  The pallet must be prepared in the same manner as received e.g.; secured with shrink wrap and cardboard corner (4) protectors in place as well as a cardboard sheet on top. It is also to be labelled "Top Load Only" and "Do Not Breakdown".  A photo of the packed pallet/s must be taken and emailed to us.
2. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your return at (03) 9357-5354.
3. Our Customer Service Team will/may arrange for your item to be picked up by a courier.

IMPORTANT: A return is not to be made without following the above steps first.

If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to our Customer Service team on (03) 9357-5354, to confirm if your return can be accepted.
